IP and placement exclusions

Advertiser-side lists that tell an ad platform to stop serving to a specific IP address or placement.

ClickLens generates exclusions from detected bot traffic and syncs them to Google Ads today; Microsoft and Meta placement sync is rolling out. TikTok has no advertiser exclusion API, so flagged placements are reported instead.
