Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClickLens ("Service"), operated by BlackFry Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClickLens provides ad fraud detection and prevention tools, including a JavaScript tracking tag, analytics dashboard, scoring engine, and integration with advertising platforms. The Service analyses visitor sessions to classify traffic as human, suspect, or bot.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its scoring algorithms
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) beyond the provided API
  • Use the Service to monitor websites you do not own or have authorisation to monitor
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Exceed the session limits or API rate limits of your plan

5. Tracking Tag Usage

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the ClickLens tracking tag on your websites complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including obtaining any required consent from your website visitors. The tag must only be installed on websites you own or are authorised to manage.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free plans are subject to usage limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

If you exceed the session limits of your plan, tracking will pause until the next billing period or until you upgrade. We will send notifications at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy . You retain ownership of your data. We process visitor session data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the scoring engine, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BlackFry Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions, including missed fraud detection during downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackFry Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service provides fraud detection on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee detection of all fraudulent traffic.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
